What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu, literally translated as “finger pressure”, is a form of body work from Japan, done clothed, designed to heal and promote health by influencing and improving the state of chi (energy) in the body. Shiatsu points (based on the same points acupuncturists use) help chi to flow smoothly in the body,
in a balanced way. The person experiences good health, and an increased sense of well being and vitality.

Zen Shiatsu is an energetic form of Shiatsu which balances the body’s energy system.

I can provide an overall landscape plan or I can design smaller areas, and address your specific concerns.

I choose plants that will work well together, and will bloom throughout the season.

Working from a well designed plan helps to anticipated possible problems, and will save you time and money in the long run by preventing costly mistakes.

I can show you how to plant and maintain your landscape ecologically, including how and when to fertilize, how to prune, etc.
